Position Overview:
The Senior Producer of Video Content for Corporate Communications will be a vital part of the Creative Services team. This role is responsible for producing innovative, engaging video content to support our brand storytelling and corporate communication objectives. The Senior Producer will oversee every phase of video production—from ideation and scriptwriting to shooting and post-production—while ensuring alignment with the healthcare company's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production Leadership: Lead the end-to-end video production process, including planning, scriptwriting, directing, filming, editing, and adding motion graphics.
- Creative Storytelling: Develop on-brand, impactful video content aligned with corporate communication goals and pitch creative concepts to senior leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Services and Corporate Communications teams to deliver best-in-class video content and align project timelines, feedback, and deliverables.
- Technical Expertise: Operate and manage video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio. Guide on-set direction, collaborating with crew members like DPs and lighting designers as needed.
- Project Management: Track video production processes using project management tools (e.g., Workfront) to ensure efficient workflow, approvals, and completion of deliverables.
- Platform Optimization: Create and optimize video content for social media, online sharing, and streaming platforms, keeping current with industry trends.
Key Competencies:
- Creative Ideation: Conceptualize and pitch compelling, on-brief creative ideas for video projects and campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, InDesign, and Photoshop, with familiarity in video management tools like Frame.io.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate creative and technical requirements and collaborate across teams.
- Vision & Storytelling: Passionate about storytelling with the ability to deliver creative solutions across various video formats.
- Judgment & Decision-Making: Strategic, forward-thinking mindset with attention to detail in imagery, audio quality, and content clarity.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in video production within an agency, production company, or in-house marketing team.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite, video production equipment, and project management software.
- Portfolio: A video reel showcasing relevant experience is required.
